Collapsing leg

when i pitch [flatground] my back knee always collapses

my stride is 98-100%

am i striding too far?

whats wrong

that use to happen to me on a mound the reason is because the center of gravity isn’t going soon and driving at the target. And the hip isn’t moving out fast enough ok and try not to crouch down as much.

well

its more of trying not to hit my lead foot on the groud before i stride cause its all on flatground

ive yet to even SEE a mound around here let alone get on it

so i think that could be it

and what do u mean by crouch down
…the reason is because the center of gravity isn’t going soon and driving at the target.
Good thought RIstar. If you remain over the back foot too long, it sometimes results in dropping.

yes the crouching is because you stand on the leg to much and don’t get the hips moving sooner towards the target.
