well people been saying that coiling your arm like yu do in football can kill your arm. but when i do that it gives me more control. but i want to be healthy so how do i pitch without coiling my arm, but still have all the control and velocity with it.
What do u mean ur coiling ur arm. I dont get it
By COILING your arm - do you mean placing your arm in an “L” shape like a quarterback does just before firing a bullet pass?
Or do you mean bending the throwing arm with an extreme angle behind the head?
