And yes they’re my primary workout focus. It promotes core strength and leg strength in similar ways that affect your body while you are pitching. Most importantly strength for the plant allowing your body to gain more momentum and still controling it in the leg plant.

IMO its hard to beat olympic lifts. But I have no evidence that they’re any better than anything else for pitching. But they’re just one thing there are a lot of exercises that can help pitching. Small ones for arms and back and such.
