CH--- WeightGainer 900

Anyone ever get or use Championship Nutrition’s Weightgainer 900. Intrested in using it for the spring/summer to gain weight. Right now I am 135, I need to get to 160 by the end of the summer. Yes, I do eat a lot but I am only going up a little. I need a extra gainer/protien and I was looking for some feedback on this product!

Any help would be great!

Thanks

Anyone??

Never used it, never heard of it. Is this the cheapest stuff you could find, or available locally or something?

Anyway, changing your diet is more important to weight gain than supplementing with shakes. Supplements can help make a good diet better, but no amount of shakes will fix major nutritional shortfalls.

and from there you should have a good idea of what type of foundation you need to lay in order to gain weight. The shakes will help you build up from there.

i was browsing around and I found it on the Vanderbilt website. it says they used it for incoming players in many sports. I though it might be good if it is used and promoted by colleges.

Thanks though KC!
