About a month or so a go I began getting alot of pain in my inner elbow, just below the bicep when I would pitch. It was nagging quite a bit. I took about a month off from throwing and the pain disappeared. I’ve been playing catch now for a few days with no problems in the arm. I was just wondering what mechanically in a delivery could cause problems with the inner elbow? Any help would be great. Thanks
Possibly an incorrect twisting of the wrist when throwing your breaking pitch?
Also, a split finger can sometimes cause elbow pain. Have you been experimenting with any new pitches lately?
Thanks for the ideas… I had been throwing my slider a little more than usual…Maybe that was it.
