Can someone help me create a Workout plan?

Can anybody help me create a good plan for what to do on certain days/how many sets and reps? I don’t have access to a gym, so only a 6 lb ball, physioball, and Dumbbells.

Well i don’t know if you’ve been working out but when i first started i just did calisthenics and some light weight lifting on mon,wed,fri and cardio, running, sprinting type stuff tues, thur, sat and sunday was my rest day.

If you’re relatively new to baseball and don’t have access to a gym, I’d do push-ups, pull-ups, body weight squats, body weight walking lunges, burpees, 100 yd sprints, and Throwers 10 lightweight shoulder exercises.
