what would be a good eating plan for everyday breakfest lunch n dinner

the first plan would be to scratch idea of eating only 3 meals a day

you need to be eating every 2 to 3 hours to keep your metabolism going steadily

i’m not gonna give you a nutrition lesson but a simple rule of thumb to follow is to make sure and get some proteins and complex carbs in every meal

you’ll usually see protein/fats/carbs but i personally don’t really calculate the fats
