Does the bodyblade work different areas of the shoulder than the rotator cuff exercises in Tuff Cuff? I am thinking about getting one but I would like to hear what people think about it before I get one. Thanks for all your advice.
The bodyblade is a cross between rotator cuff work and scap stabilization. I didn’t include it in TUFFCUFF because they cost so much $$$.
If I were to get one do you have a list of pitcher specific workouts you used with the Cubs?
