Body type for 13 year old pitcher

Hi all.

I’m a 13 year old pitcher who throws 67 mph. However I have a body type that would surprise you.

I’m 5 foot 8. but I weigh 115 pounds. :frowning:

Other then working out, (which i already do), what are some foods i could eat to get thicker. Thanks

I’m 13 as well and I am 5’5" and weigh 120. Just working out and after your workout eat a peanut butter jelly sandwich with a whey protein shake or just a big glass of milk. Works great for me.
