Big Chest

Is it okay to have a big chest. I like bench pressing and my chest looks really big. But i heard it halts your range of motion.

So i was thinking this.

I can bench press and i will get a big chest. In return i will do sprints every day and i will run a 5mile run on monday. This should make my body more toned then big right and i can have a strong chest without it stoping my range of motion.

The sprinting will have no effect on helping relieve any ROM problems. The muscle mass will still be there; a toned look is the result of a lower body fat %.

Best of both worlds: have a balanced workout and training schedule and use DB bench.
