What streches exercises to do after pitching practice?So i have a better recovery ?

Normal arm stretches that you use before you practice are always good to do afterwards. Also, a very helpful stretch that I do is to grab onto a high-bar and just hang, like let your body weight drop and just hold your body weight up with your hands, it’ll stretch nearly everything in your arm/shoulder that can get pulled, I recommend hanging for 15-30 seconds at a time to make sure not to pull anything.
