I am throwing 53-57 and I want to hear your opinions on the best workouts to increase velocity outside of a gym. Anything helps

trunk twists with weighted balls and also medicine ball slams are both good for core conditioning and flexibility. The more flexible and strong your core is, the more you can load / stretch those muscles that are critical to transferring energy from the lower half to the arm.
