So for basketball (My best sport, i am a power forward), i run 10 laps arround a basketball court, 15 suicides, jump on to a bench and off 300 times, and then do 15 lunges and walk for 50 feet with a band arround my feet. Is there anything that would help for baseball in this workout?
Sprinting and lunges are good. The jumping will probably have some benefits (building fast twitch leg muscle) but 300 reps is probably more than optimal. It would be better to lower the number of jumps and raise the intensity by jumping higher. That way you get a more powerful application of force, and therefore build more fast twitch muscle.
