Basic wrist weight cycle

Put together a short video of the three basic movements all of our guys do with 10 lb. wrist weights:

-Simple shakedown
-Two-arm throws
-Cuban press

We do some different and more advanced moves for pitchers depending on their mechanics and progression in their throwing program, but everyone does these to get a good training effect.
