Can someone give me a routine that I could do with bands at home?
I follow the Throwers 10, developed by ASMI, daily
Also, depending on what day it is in my throwing schedule I also supplement the T10 with some of the arm care exercises found on the “Arm Care” sticky found in the Injury/Prevention forum.
I can’t put my full routine but with some research you can put together something.
How many reps should I do?

I always do band work BEFORE throwing or lifting. Seems to be most beneficial there…
