If you are interested in seeing high speed video of what a pitcher’s body does when throwing a ball, then I suggest that you view this video (beware that it’s 10MB)…

I have some problems with what the pitcher is doing in the video – in particular how high he takes his elbows above his shoulders – but this is a great resource for learning.

Thanks Chris. Great video. I also have a problem with his arm action. He severely swings it up and hangs it there for a while.
