My Pitching arm (Right hand) the muscle is sore but when i pitch i can still pitch as fast as i want with no pain is it just soreness?

It may be just soreness. It’s possible you may have been throwing too hard, so you might want to ease up a little—perhaps take an additional day or two between starts, rest the arm, get a good massage which will get the kinks out, whatever helps. And take a good look at your arm angle. 8)
