Arm Fituge

Well I threw yesterday and the day before but when I tried to throw today I felt my mechanics were different my accuracy was down and so was my speed could It be my arm was just tired

PS groin shoulder elbow and lower left back are all sore could that have something to do with it

And the purpose of this post would be… to inform all of us that you were tired when you threw yesterday and that you were sore?

Or was there more to the post… Where you looking for suggestions in a round about way?

I think not.

I agree with ya fully, that’s why I want to know the purpose of the post.

It’s one thing to say my Arm’s Fatigued and my velo is down, also I was sore in some other parts of my body so that could be why I had a bad side. No question, no thought, nothing but a statement.

It’s another say all of that and to inquire about Arm Fatigue and what people do to help with it.

Clearly he didn’t post that or ask those questions, so that leaves me to believe he’s posting for the sake of posting.
