Any way to train elbow

Every time after I pitch or throw a good amount, my elbow is a bit sore… it goes away in 3 days or so, but comes back after I throw… can I train it so it doesn’t? What mechanical problems could I have?

There are also some strengthening that you can do such as wrist curls, forearm work, supination, etc., that would be beneficial for your elbow.
