Hoping to improve velocity, any help is appreciated!
Looks pretty good. Hard to tell patterns from one pitch. Looks like some potential to get down the mound further during leg lift to produce a bit more energy at the start. I’ve also found that delaying hand break speeds up the rest of the delivery. His break seems early and high. Lower the hands and get them closer to the belt before they break. Also get the front shoulder closer to the target line for the break. Small adjustments in those two areas wouldn’t hurt.
