Am I wasting my time?

When doing rotator cuff exercises I have always done both my right and left side. But I usually just see people doing their dominant side and ignoring their non-pitching arm. Should I be doing the same or am I doing the right thing in doing both sides?

Well if you are looking for both of your arms to be equal and balance I would say you could keep doing both sides… Personally, I dont do both sides… But thats just me, and I am pretty lazy :stuck_out_tongue:
