After you Pitch

Hi i was wondering what people do the day after you pitch around 100 pitches. Is it just rest, or stretches?

i run 6-10 poles, a pole is from 1 foul pole to the other and back, then i stretch and ice my arm after that

I suggest some long sprints, lifting, and throwing. By long sprints I mean maybe you could do 8-10 pole sprints.
