i’m 6’8 240 lbs and looking to lose some weight and cut up, what are some things i could take to do this? any advice please

My advice would be to stop looking to “take” things to get cut and do it by eating clean (i.e. Tuna, broccoli, grilled chicken breast, lean meats etc) and lots of cardio.
Either way, if you decide to take the over the counter fat burner products, they wont do anything at all unless u eat clean and do a lot of cardio.

couldn’t have said it better myself pitchking. You don’t look cut because you don’t eat clean. Easy enough. NO supplements needed, though whey protein and fish oil won’t hurt (I take both).
