Have a question. Just finished summer ball and I have a about a month before some tournaments start up and fall ball. I pitched about 110 innings between varsity baseball and summer league. Was thinking about taking two weeks off - no throwing. Then, spend the following two weeks doing light and long toss to get ready for a mid August tournament. Is that the right approach - rest the arm for a few weeks? The Tuff Cuff workouts continue though.
