Ab Workout?

Does anyone have a good example of an ab workout that would be very beneficial to pitchers using bodyweight only? as in no medicine balls or weight benches etc?


Pillars work very well. Also known as a pillar bridge, a bridge, or a plank. You do 3 way pillars. Look up “abdominal bridges” on Google. You’ll find it. I have a good video of it, but you have to be a member of Core Performance to look at it…

go to the personal pitching log section, and look at the core workout im currently doing. just take away the weights and the 2 or 3 exercises that use weights or a medicine ball. this workout really works the abs, obliques, and lower back. its great.
