A baseball player diet

A baseball player diet.

What do you consider as a fine and result giving diet for baseball players.

(Due i am from different nationality (The Netherlands) certain words i cannot explain in the English language).

You will have to answer a few questions first.
How are you conditioning? How is your current weight status (Over or under weight)? Are you lifting weights? Are you weak in areas such as strength or flexability?
Diet is a very important component to over-all pitching competency. You need stamina and flexability and strength, identify where you need to augment or supplement and adjust accordingly.

Well, a good basic way to explain this would be 50% carb, 30% protein, and 20% fat. The total amount of calories that you eat would depend on whether you want to gain, lose, or maintain your weight.

Fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean meats. Keep it simple :smiley:
