I am starting the 60 day throwing program in Tuff Cuff on Sptember 5th. My first game is 56 days away from that point. Would it be safe to skip the last week of the program and get into my regular season weekly routine?
throwing programs aren’t an exact science. As long as you’re throwing 4-6 days a week, progressively building your arm strength and using common sense you will like your results.
So the short answer is yes, you should be fine transitioning a week early.
