6 minute planks

just thought id share the accomplishment with all of you. After breaking 5 minutes a week ago I set my sights on breaking the 6 minute barrier. I thought it would take longer to accomplish than it actually did.

Breakdown:

left side plank : 90 seconds
right side plank : 90 seconds
forearm plank : 3 minutes 2 seconds

no rest in between movements then finished with 10 pushups

it sounds like you’ve reached the point where they are TOO easy! Now is the time where progressions are key.
