just thought id share the accomplishment with all of you. After breaking 5 minutes a week ago I set my sights on breaking the 6 minute barrier. I thought it would take longer to accomplish than it actually did.
left side plank : 90 seconds
right side plank : 90 seconds
forearm plank : 3 minutes 2 seconds
no rest in between movements then finished with 10 pushups
