Not bad. He could delay hand separation, and speed them up when he does take them apart.
He also needs to speed up his delivery from leg lift. He post and balances rather than lifting and going starting his movement to the plate.
He also needs to get some hip lead and mover further down the mound- be more explosive. He's landing probably less than 50% of height down the mound from the rubber.
Also, I don't like the combination of the mound decking and his shoes. His plant foot is moving too much as his body torques and it's probably having an affect on velocity/control. He may also be subconsciously scared to stride longer because of slipping.
