2 weeks until practice. what to do?

two weeks until official practice begins. i have access to a wearhouse,cages, mounds, balls, weightroom, etc.

what will be most beneficial to me? thanks

Throw, hit, tee work, run for cardio, pitch, soft toss…just to start

Same here. Throw, throw, throw! Get that arm strong and healthy. Keep up with your shoulder conditioning/tubing, and start throwing off the mound 2-3 times a week for 35-60 pitches in addition to your regular non-mound throwing. Good luck!
