  1. Leg Abductors? I know some of you don’t like chris o’leary but he has a good point about striding sideways. Because of this would working your abductors be a very good idea? It seems like this sideways movement would lead to a more forceful hip rotation.

  2. Swinging a bat has to be one of the best oblique workouts i have ever experienced. I am one of those weird lefty throwers who bats right handed so my left handed swing is awkward but i have been swinging back and forth for about 10-15 minutes and it feels great.
