How do my mechanics look?
Ive been working ona pelvic load and next step is to work on laying back my shoulder behind hips. i jsut though I would ask to see if their is anything else needing to be worked on?

Il’d say the biggest thing is to make sure that your upper body doesn’t get too far ahead of your lower body. Stay back a bit more and see how it feels.

in my opinions, i think when you lift up the ball, it should be faster, because when the pitching hand is vertical, is not behind your head
