I squat 315 10x - deadlift- 285 max and weigh 185 pounds. I'm 6'2 and a junior in high school.
I cannot get the velocity up for the life of me. I've been looking everywhere for coaches that know what they are talking about but none have helped?

Please pick apart my faults, and what I can do in my delivery and in the gym to get better! My goal is 85 by summer!
