Took some video from my bullpen today please give criticism and what you think it should work on. I’m 5’10 150 pounds and I top out at 76.

The mechs aren’t bad, you do need to get on a conditioning and positive diet in order to build total body strength and velocity.
Learn everything you can about arm care and maintenance and it looks like you’ll be on a very solid track towards higher levels of expertise in the art.
