Im going to turn 16 in 2 months and i will be a sophmore next year and i would really like to make varsity and i think i can if i work hard enough.Im 5’6 120 lbs :evil: :evil: and my fastball tops out at 78 mph and i average around 71-73my changeup is 60 and my curve which i dont throw very often is around 57. I would like when the next baseball season at school starts which is about 6 months to be averaging around 75-77 and topping out at 80-83 which at my school is good enough to make varsity, wiht my changeup at about 65 and improve on my curve. Hopefully I’ll grow a couple of inches to maybe 5’8 5’9 and gain 10lbs. I’m going to lift weights twice a week(not a big fan of weights but maybe i could put on a few pounds of muscle). I will run 2-3 times of week to strengthen my legs and throw off a mound twice a week to get more control of my pitches. Every week i will update strength,weight, and if i feel that ive gained any velo i will post that.
Goals-Gain 10 lbs-gain 4-5 mph and get taller
