15 Year Old Mechanics

I know the video is dark but it’s the best i could get., Any advice with anything would help a lot.
I’m 15, weigh 145 pounds, 5’ 11" and i pitch as a sophomore for South Whidbey High School.

It looks like you have the fundementals correct, I’d like to see you on a mound, in cleats. Yes you do have potential. It can be developed. Get us some meaningful video and we’ll see if there is anything obvious…

Early handbreak. Let your lower body take care of more work. Also, reach out when you throw. Get extension. The more time your hand travels forward, the longer the muscles in your arm have to decelerate your arm. They could use as much time as possible to slow down to avoid arm injuries in pitchers.
