From the back view, I noticed that you have very Mark Redman-esque degree of scapular loading: which means very little or none. See this clip below: Oliver Perez on the left has very good amount of 'pinch' on his throwing arm before throwing while Mark Redman on the right doesn't. It certainly matter velocity if you want them
Other than that, you look like a pitcher who was taught to 'reach back for velocity', which is a myth by the way
If you look at the guy like Matt Cain, Tim Lincecum, Tom Gordon (in his prime) or Bartolo Colon - all of them are hard thrower btw - you'll see that they build a lot of momentum before their foot plant by moving their bodies faster. But if you are willing to speed up, work on timing first and take it to the mound.
