13u Gage McCallum Pitching Analysis

I know I pull my head. Does anyone know how to correct that? Like any drills?

It’s a bit hard to tell because I can’t pause and see where you are at certain frames because of the pause/play symbol on screen but it looks like you’re blowing your front shoulder early. You could play with a hair more counter rotation of your torso at the start and working to keep that front shoulder and your head online as long as possible will help. I’m a big fan of doing roll-in throws to drill staying closed and counter rotating. Otherwise there’s nothing else to do but to do it and make sure you’re making every throw count, even warm-ups.
