Be a perfectionist. Get it right. Even when you feel ready and are held up by someone or something else not in your control; take the time to review the project. Seems like there is always something that was missed.
By the way....does someone make a variable wrist weight something like the weighted ball program where you can use say a 5 lb weight and a 7 lb weight, etc?
