I assume that because your here at this spot on LTP that your college level and at that stage of competition.
The institution that your presently at should have facilities – both indoor and outdoor at your disposal. Usually there’s a student fee for special use or some other arrangement if you’re not involved in their regular program (Baseball). If you’re not enrolled or participating with an istitution’s baseball program, please be aware of the supporting issues of insurance, usage rights, and a host of other things that come into play.
If you are part of an organized baseball program, your coaching staff should have a strength and conditioning program available to you that satisfies your question(s). If not, I highly suggest a publication called TUFF CUFF. It’s available here by going to the upper information bar at the top of the web site.
This publication was designed, written and published for both athletes and coaches alike – at multiple levels. I have this in my professional library. When the reader has the self discipline to follow not only the exercises but also the training guides that accompany it, it’s a win-win situation.
