when a pitcher is warming up i see that the ball is behind his head and when he comes forward the ball is almost hitting him in the ear. Is this the correct way to throw or should he be out more?
Do you have an example of this? I haven't seen it yet.
No...the ball is behind his head and when he throws he just brings his arm in tight and the ball goes right pass his ear...he doesn't follow through either.
Again, I don't know any pitcher who does what is being described here.
How do you even pitch like that? Trying it myself … well it went barely 10 feet …. And he doesn't follow through? Well I just don't see this happening.
