Alright, so the last couple years ive had arm problems with my elbow and shoulder. I did physical therapyfor a streteched growth plate. Now, i still have problems in my inner elbow which a doctor blames on my shoulder blade being too low. Ive been doing throwers 10 and scapula exercises, but nothing seems to help. everyone tells me my mechanics are fine but ill try to post in a little bit.. Im 15 years old and i just want to be able to pitch 6 or even 7 strong innings without having arm problems. now i can only pitch about two..
