Well, my lower half is pretty darn sore today. But, I suppose that's a good thing. Now on to my second workout, I shocked my upper half today.
Here's what I did.
DB Bench - 3 X 8 - 40 / 55 / 60 - Fairly easy so far, will be able to up the weight next time out.
Lat Pulldowns - 3 X 8 - 130 / 140 / 140 - Pretty tough, especially come the third set. I'm hoping to graduate to pullups soon. Always hated this exercise.
Seated rows / Machine - 3 X 8 - 120 / 130 / 130
Skull Crushers - 3 x 8 - 65 / 85 / 85
DB Hammer Curls - 2 x 8 - 30
Bosu Pushups 2 x 10
Supermans - 2 x 15
Mixed in some Russian Twists, Straight leg raises, and some Bridge and holds till failure. Not a particularly tough ab workout, but something to get started with.
I'd like to add some DB incline press, as well as another back exercise. Any recomendations here? Thanks guys.
We'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow. I'm sure I'll take a day off tomorrow and re-evaluate on Thursday.
