calf raises 4x10 110,110,120,135
leg curls 4x10 95,95,105,115
leg press 4x10 225,225,235,245
lunges 4x10 with 30,30,35,40lb dumbbells
running 2 miles
if any of you have any suggestions on any thing else i should or should not do it would really help me out, thanks
