I just got cut on back in August, and I am getting back into the rhythm of working out again. I am working out 6 days a week, and I am in a good routine. I just want to maximize my effort and make sure I am making the most progress possible. I remember bits and pieces of my old, school workout, but I know there are some things that I am forgetting.
When I was pitching in college we had the NY Yankees routine and I can't find it anywhere online.
Does anyone have any bonafide workouts (running/lifting combined) that they know work?
I am right under 200 right now and I need to be at 225 in September to get back to my old weight.
