Overall a pretty good delivery. Maybe spend some time working on firming up your glove side and getting your chest to the glove instead of dropping the glove to your knee. It will help your upper body posture and elevate your throwing arm side. Your hips are a bit low through release. Being taller at release will increase the angle at which the ball travels down toward the hitter. A ball with a greater attack angle is harder to hit than a flatter ball.
