Im 14 5'8 160LBs i need a work out. I live in a small town in indiana. There isnt alot of weight gyms around. All the 1s there are u have to be 18. At my house i have a bar and weights u slide onto it but i dont have a bench or ne thing. We dont have very much money to buy that kinda stuff so i gota use what we have.What is a good work out i can do to get ready for the season??
