I am primarily an outfielder, but my school sucks so bad that I have to pitch sometimes. This year I am a sophmore and the coach said I will most likely be starting on varsity. I really need to change my mechanics. My biggest problem is my arm action.
Should I start changing them by isolating my top half by throwing on both knees? Then after a week or two go to one knee down. Then go up on both feet but not striding and so on.
