I mean like do u go from the stretch?
Me: I prefer to not go from the stretch but im not sure whats legal. b/c if im pitching and i mess up on my stance i dont want the ump 2 call a balk. I do go from the stretch but i want to know if this is ok. You start from the stretch you pretend to turn to 2nd but your foot does not touch the ground and you turn back to the catcher and throw it. It tends to give me more strength. I would like to know if thats legal or not.
