Has anyone else used this wourkout and what were the results you saw and how long did it take this to happen?
I do "Throwers 10" but i believe the point of that is to get/keep your arm healthy not look for velocity gains. My arm has been in great shape since I started that program. I recommend it to anyone.
ya you could gain some mph doing these but the main reason is for arm health. these are very important to do.
you won't gain mph doing it. It's a very basic arm health program, but good nonetheless for the average player who wouldn't be doing anything otherwise for his arm.
